Site Terms
Updated September 19, 2026
These terms cover use of the Beets n Bangers website, a Coffee X Media property. External streaming services, social platforms, and stores have their own terms.
Using the site
You may browse, listen through the available services, and use the contact and newsletter options provided. Do not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, or send unlawful, malicious, or abusive submissions.
Music, artwork, and reuse
The Beets n Bangers recordings, artwork, branding, writing, and other original materials on this site are owned or controlled by Beets n Bangers and Coffee X Media, except where a third-party service, platform, or storefront is identified. A public page, listening link, or embed does not grant a license to copy, redistribute, sample, synchronize, or commercially use our material. Ask through Contact about licensing, collaboration, or another proposed use.
Inquiries and newsletters
Provide accurate information when submitting a message or signup. A form error or availability notice is not confirmation that a submission was accepted. Newsletter consent is separate from contact inquiries, and marketing subscriptions can be cancelled using the unsubscribe option.
External services and merchandise
Playback, catalog availability, subscriptions, product options, orders, payment, fulfillment, shipping, and returns are handled by the relevant service or storefront. Beets n Bangers merchandise links open Texas Thread Theory. Check its current product information and policies before buying. This website does not process checkout or collect payment-card details.
Availability and corrections
Content, links, and service availability can change. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every external service is available in every location. Report a broken link or content concern with its page URL.
Questions
Contact us with questions about the site, licensing, permissions, or another concern. These terms do not exclude rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
